Yes, this way we shall know the total number of persons for whom arrangements to be done.

What are the modes of payment?
1 By DD

  1. pay to Blind peoples Association; payable at Ahmedabad. The DD should be mailed to BPA address.
  2. On the back of the DD please write your name & address.
  3. Take a Xerox copy of the DD and carry with you in person.
  4. Send by courier or speed post. Please enclose a copy of your registration page.

2 By Electronic fund transfer:

There are 2 ways of making EFT:
1 From your account
2 From any branch of HFDC

*the second method is not preferred as details of the person making the payment does not get reflected in the Bank's account statement.
In case, one does make an EFT from any HDFC branch, please carry the receipt in person and give a copy of the receipt to BPA officials at the registration counter at Ahmedabad.

If I have to attend CSI then do I have to send seperate DD?
No, We have arranged with CSI to make a consolidated payment. You need to send 1 dd to BPA, besides you can also send consolidated DD for your accompanying persons or friends. Please indicate in details the names of the persons covered by that DD.

What are the registration charges for attending Accessindia convention and CSI conference?
Accessindia registration is Rs.250.
There shall be no extra charge for boarding and stay for those who are put up at Karnavati hostel during the convention. However, there are arrangements there only for 65 persons. It shall be available on a first cum first basis.

Hotel charges are Rs.250 per person perday for double occupancy in sharing basis.
Rs. 500 per person per day for single occupancy

For CSI convention:
Regular registration is Rs.1,500. For disabled participant there is a 50% discount i.e. Rs. 750.
For escorts too it is Rs. 750.
Hostel charges at Karnavati hostel is Rs. 200 including boarding and lodging for 2 days of the CSI conference.

How can I get invitation letter for availing leave etc?
1 Go to Modify/update registration information link on the main menu page
2 Click on the submit button on the next form.
3 Click on the link to generate invitation letter
